Its a wrap for our 2023 season
                Ice Fishing

Our 2023 season was our best season yet with many double digit catches. The size of the fish still remains to be a key topic. Our Steelhead fishing remains spectacular with plenty of fish and a lot weighing between 10 to 15 pound range. Salmon fishing was very good with a lot of catches seeing many fish in the 2 to 4 year old age classes. Doubles are triples were of the norm during those twilight times for salmon and during the day for steelhead. Last year we saw good balance with steelhead and salmon caught each trip. We anticipate increase in trout and salmon stocking that 2024 will be even better!

Our ice fishing days you'll find us targeting trout and pike in Lake Michigan harbors, and tributaries. The Brown Trout we catch are often between the 8 to 20 pound range. The Northern Pike are plentiful which can make a day pretty busy chasing one after another tip ups. These are the healthiest Northern Pike you'll see. We have all the tackle, and gear, along with some hub shacks to keep us warm and dry. Our ice house used as a warming center and to watch those sporting events you would normally miss while going fishing, you won't miss no more. So invite your friends and let's have a tailgate party chasing tip ups and watching the game!

For the month of May we do offer Spring Coho fishing from the harbor of Port Washington.  We recently added this option of spring fishing and we are happy to do so! This is an amazing fishery and when the action is hot, its hot! Meaning filled coolers and limits are possible. Last season the Cohos averaged 5 to 8 pounds with many being over that.  If you would to get out fishing and cant wait for our summer fishing just give us a call!
